It’s jerky

I should have started this food dehydrator learning process with jerky. It was so simple to make.
I bought about a pound of pre-cut fajita beef.
Boiled it for about 7 min. in 1 bottle of barbecue sauce and about 1/3 of a cup of Worcestershire sauce.
Patted it dry and placed it in the food dehydrator for about 4 hours.
It’s perfect. Great flavor. Not too tough.
I’m very pleased.
I’m going to try making sweet potato chips tomorrow.

Excellent post today! I really enjoyed it. I enjoy making great food for my family and friends when they come over for entertainment. Food can also be entertaining in itself. Thanks again for sharing this.

Yay, for jerky! And to think you started with all the healthy stuff.:)
Yay indeed. It’s almost gone, already.
Shocking, but true.
Calls for a bigger batch next time š It keeps for 3 months in fridge and 1 month in bag in cupboard. just FYI

Yes. A bigger batch, next time. I’m thinking I’ll try turkey next time.
