About Me
Who am I?
My name is Jamie, JamieAnne, Momma, Honey. It depends who you ask.
I’m a wife, a mother, and a coupon clipper. I am a stay at home parent, a frugal shopper, a gardener, a baker, a sack lunch maker, a fixer of problems, a mender of feelings, a house wife and domestic engineer.
I’ve got a wonderful life, a loving husband and two fantastic children.
My main focus is food or family related topics.
I post many recipes here, in my little blog space. Some recipes are mine, but if they are not I will always do my best to give credit to the creator. I am not a totally homemade cooker. A lot of the recipes I post are half homemade to mostly homemade, but you can use store-bought goods to recreate them with much success.
I post my cooking (and life) successes and failures. I also talk about my garden and about my wonderful family…..a lot.
My pictures are an ever evolving thing. I began taking pictures mostly with my iPhone, I have moved up to a little point and shoot camera. My husband is giving me photo tips and I am improving. 
I’m a work in progress.

Thanks Trevor! I’ll get the the garden store later this week. I love cooking with leeks and I’d love to not have to pay $3-$4 each time I want to cook with them.
